Verde Juice Bar is an inclusive, community hub, located in the heart of the beautiful Wolseley neighbourhood, and centred around delicious, healthy food. Our goal is to provide a bright, comfortable space where people can relax, connect, and enjoy our selection of plant based creations that will nourish you and make you feel energized and ready to take on the day. We are committed to using the highest quality ingredients available, local and organic whenever possible. We also strive to reduce waste by composting all our food scraps, using only compostable take out containers and selling almost expired products on Too Good To Go. Stop by soon, we can’t wait to serve you!

Our Juices

We do our best to source local & organic ingredients when possible & our juices are cold pressed. We use glass bottles to provided a fresher, cleaner product, and more importantly to offer reusable packaging. All juices bottles can be returned for a $0.25 refund!

Our Food

We are pleased to offer plant based and vegan friendly dishes that are not only healthy, but colourful and delicious! Who says healthy food can’t taste good?

We source our ingredients thoughtfully, with the goal of supporting local, organic farms as our first choice, purchasing from Canadian producers, and buying organic when possible.

We make almost all of our food from scratch, in house. All our delicious soups, sauces and dressings as well as our vegan and gluten free raw treats, our fermented veggies, krauts and pickles are made by us!

There are a few things we leave to the experts:

The delicious sourdough that we serve with our soup and in our sandwiches is made by our lovely friends over at Friend Bakery and Pizzeria.

Our bagels are boiled and baked by the bagel masters at Bagelsmith.

The micro greens that you’ll see decorating your salads and toasts are grown right here in Winnipeg by the wonderful humans at Cal’s Crops.

In the summer, most of our veggies are grown locally and organically by our friends at Jonathan’s Farm.

Our coffee is roasted here in Winnipeg by DeLuca’s.

Our teas are from Lemon Lily Tea in Toronto.

All our organic waste is picked up (usually by bike, even in the winter) and composted by the super folks at Hinterland.
